Danusha Jayawardana
Dr Danusha Jayawardana is a post-doctoral research fellow in health economics for NHMRC WaND in the Centre for the Business and Economics of Health and School of Public Health at the University of Queensland. Her current work investigates the healthcare costs and resource use implications of non-communicable diseases among women in Australia. Her other research interests extend to broad areas of Development Economics and Applied Econometrics, with a particular focus in identifying causal relationships between childhood adversity and mental health.
